What we level — and what it typically costs

Real Houston price ranges, matched to what local homeowners actually pay. Your photo quote is a firm price for your slab — confirmed on site before any work starts.

A quote inside the hour — no appointment, no sales visit

Most leveling companies make you wait days for a truck to roll out and eyeball your driveway. We quote from photos, so you get a real number the same day you ask.

Level it, or replace it?

If the slab itself is sound, lifting it is the same fix for a fraction of the cost and none of the mess.

EvenSlab foam leveling

  • 50–70% cheaper than replacement
  • Done in hours — drive on it the same day
  • Small ⅝″ holes, patched to blend in
  • Feather-light foam won't overload Houston clay
  • No demolition, no dump fees, no week of noise

Tear out & replace

  • $3,000–$10,000+ for a typical driveway
  • Days of demolition plus a week of curing
  • New concrete can settle again on the same clay
  • Color rarely matches your remaining slabs
  • Dump trucks, dust, and a torn-up yard

Serving greater Houston

Houston's expansive clay soil swells when it's wet and shrinks when it's dry — that's why slabs here sink. We level across the metro, with the fastest scheduling in the suburbs where the concrete is hitting the 15–25-year settle window.

Straight answers

How can you quote from photos?

Settlement is visible: panel count, drop height against a tape measure, and cracking patterns tell us the foam volume a job needs. Our crews confirm the lift plan on site in about two minutes before starting — and if the real job differs from your photos by more than 10%, you can decline and your deposit is refunded in full.

Foam or mudjacking — which do you use?

We lead with high-density polyurethane foam. It's about 2 lbs per cubic foot versus 100+ for mudjacking slurry, which matters on Houston clay — heavy slurry can overload weak soil and re-settle. Foam also cures in about 15–30 minutes. For very large voids we may recommend a grout fill first; your quote will say exactly what's planned.

How long does it last?

Properly installed foam leveling typically lasts 10–15 years or more. The foam is waterproof and doesn't erode. Every job carries the performing crew's workmanship warranty, and we coordinate any warranty claim for you.

What do you need from me on job day?

Clear access to the slab and a water spigot. That's it. Most residential jobs finish in 2–4 hours, and foam-cured areas can be driven on about 30 minutes after we finish.

How does payment work?

50% down by secure card link to book your date, balance when the job is complete and you've walked it with the crew. No cash, no checks, no surprises — the quote is the price.
